I’m Konstantin Stelzner, a Creative Marketing Producer based in Hamburg. I develop ideas and produce the work myself, from filming to editing and animation.
01 Music and entertainment
Since 2020, I have produced campaign content at Nuclear Blast Records for international artists and releases. That includes shoots, edits, lyric videos, AI visuals and 3D films for vinyl and box sets.
I also worked on the label rebrand with the global marketing team.
02 Creator and brand work
I founded the music channel RHYTE and grew it from zero to millions of views, handling the concepts, scripts, videos and visual identity. I have also supported Wissenswert with promotional partnerships and developed brand and web projects for TonieGreen.
03 Social films & campaigns
For Underdocks, I shoot and produce social content and campaign films. I develop the ideas, work behind the camera and handle the edit. I also create AI product films for the Hamburg restaurant.
I start by listening: what makes your music yours, who do you want to reach and what images do you have in mind? That gives us a starting point for the concept and visual direction.
I also handle editing and finishing.
I built my first websites at 13. Later, I completed a four-year dual study programme at Hochschule Hannover covering media and communication, design, UX and marketing, alongside training as a design assistant.
My bachelor’s thesis explored influencer marketing. That combination of design and audience understanding still shapes my work.

Creative direction

Video & social content
I shoot and edit music videos, Reels, TikToks and teasers, adapting the format, length and pace to each channel.
Motion design & 3D
I animate cover artwork, make lyric videos and create 3D product films for vinyl, box sets and other products.
AI video production
I develop AI visuals and film sequences, select the strongest takes and finish them through editing and compositing. We first discuss whether AI suits your project.
